    根据中国水网的数据统计,截止到2008年5月底,全国建成并运营的1408座污水处理厂中,有448座污水处理厂是以BOT、TOT模式进行建设并运营的,在目前运营的污水处理厂中占到了31.8%的比例(其中包括369个BOT项目和79个TOT项目);在建设部统计的1004座污水处理厂中,以BOT、TOT模式建设的项目有353个(其中TOT项目有5个),占到在建项目的34.66%。可以说,BOT、TOT模式对于我国污水处理行业的发展正在产生或者说是已经形成了较深的影响;而与此同时,当大量BOT、TOT项目出现在我国污水处理行业之时,我们也需要认真思考其对我国污水处理行业的市场影响以及该模式的不足与风险所在。
